Matt set up Wedo Recruitment in 2007 with the vision of bringing a hospitable approach to the commercial recruitment world.
Matt is also co owner and Managing Director of SVB Recruitment Ltd the award winning hospitality Recruitment Company established in 2001.
Matt believes that the search for a new job should be a happy experience where the client and candidate feel special through all stages of the process.

Julie has spent more than 20 years in commercial recruitment and has been influential in the growth of a number of highly successful recruitment businesses in Yorkshire.
Most recently Julie has been building up her own consultancy business and we are delighted to have the benefit of her expertise at the helm of Wedo.

Bridget joined Wedo in Jan 2008 after spending 2 years with Kelly Services in Leeds.
Before recruitment Bridget worked in customer service and sales roles within call centres.
Bridget specialises in recruiting customer service and sales roles for Wedo.

Louise has spent the last 4 years in Spain, but missed the buzz so has returned to her passion of recruitment.
Louise has over 15 years experience recruiting in the industrial sector with some of the big high street recruiters as well as running her own recruitment company.
Louise brings her volume recruitment skills to Wedo and will be focusing on developing the Temp side of the business.

Karen joined Wedo in September 2008 as an Account Manager having previously been a resourcer for SVB Recruitment.
Before entering the recruitment world Karen had a highly successful career in Bar and Restaurant Management.

Kate joined SVB in Sept 2005 as Office Manager, having previously held similar roles with companies such as Grant Thornton in Sheffield and ICM in London. Kate joined Wedo at the launch in 2007 and has helped to build up a number of key clients for Wedo.
Kate is currently on maternity leave undertaking a far more important role as a mum to Sam who was born in July 2008.

Ed grew up on a quiet farm in the Yorkshire dales and shunning his EDucation to pursue a successful career as a stripper, he was pickED up by Kate and launched to stardom as the central part of wEDo. He’s was a bit EDgy at first but since his arrival in LeEDs, we’ve not been able to wipe the smile off his face. He can regularly be spottED in some of LeEDs’ most glamorous night spots – living it large………….
