The Sexier Happier You Kettlebell Class- Tuesday and Thursday mornings (£100)
If you want a sexy bod fast, fat melting kettlebells are the best thing for you. Kettlebells combine light weight training with cardio so you get two workouts in one, toning and fat burning in half the time. If you are looking for a way to get an amazingly sexy, slender and toned figure for the summer then kettlbells are for you.

The Sexier Happier You Bootcamp- Tuesday and Thursday lunchtimes and evenings (£50)
If you are pushed for time and are looking for a fun and effective way to fit a really good workout into your day, our bootcamp programme is for you. Each session is carefully designed to strip fat and create sexy, toned and feminine muscles.

The Sexier Happier You Bonus Session- Monday evening
We offer this service free of charge to our members and a £10 drop in class for those of you who cannot commit to every Tuesday at Thursday. It's a bonus session for those ladies who love working out with us rather than at home alone. We sweat it out in the park, in the fresh air and start the week on a positive note. And true to our programme, we workout fast and sweat it sexy.
6pm at Regent's Park
What to wear:
Turn up in comfortable workout clothes, wear a supportive bra, bring a water bottle, towel and a big smile. You will receive a welcome pack once you have joined the club with all you need to know to ensure that you get great results.

Fun and challenging workouts for all fitness levels- I don't believe in commando style training, but I do like a good old challenge, our classes are about pushing yourself as hard as YOU can go, not anyone else. There are always beginner and more advanced options.
45 minute sessions- I understand that you are busy, so that is why we have crammed all the best exercises into a variety of fun, fat stripping 45 minute workouts.
10 minutes of talk time- After each class, I will answer all your burning questions. I have developed my own solution for busy women who want to let go of their insecurities and create a body they love so that they can go out there and live their lives. I use one method that works every time so you can stop wasting time, money and energy searching for another diet or exercise craze because a Sexier Happier You is guaranteed!

About me:
I have wasted years of my life worrying about my body. I used to starve, binge, diet and spend hours in the gym because I was so unhappy with my body- it was hell. The insecurities I had about my body effected all areas of my life, I didn't believe in myself and although I put on a happy face, underneath it all I wished I could stop the internal war I had raging on inside.
I understand how awful it is to zip your jeans up and feel your belly hanging over the side and that feeling of dread you get when you have to go clothes shopping knowing you're going to be repulsed by what you see in the mirror- I have been there.
I now have over 10 years of personal and professional experience working with women who want to be free of their insecurities so that they can create a body they love and have the confidence to get out there and live.
I have developed my own step by step formula to tackle these horrible issues based on the experiences of my clients and my own so I know that if it has worked from us, it will work for thousands of other women too.
